Unfortunately, my experience at Vivant was very disappointing. The meal was far below expectations for a restaurant of this level. The fries came with what looked like a “kidnap” inside – completely unacceptable. The meat was average to good, but certainly nothing memorable. To make things worse, most of the wines listed on the menu were not actually available, which is quite frustrating when you expect proper pairing options. After pointing these issues out, they removed the €6 charge for the fries from the bill — but when you’re spending around €200, this “gesture” feels like a joke. It shows a lack of seriousness in handling such a problem. Overall, for this type of establishment, the combination of average food, unavailable wines, poor service, and a dismissive attitude made it a very underwhelming experience. Sadly, not a place I would recommend or return to.
